CF Liberation is now offering CF Kids classes (Ages 5 to 11) on Tuesdays from 4:15 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and CF Teens Classes (Ages 12 to 17) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Please ask us about our Spring Break and Summer CrossFit Kids Camp Program as well.
CrossFit Liberation offers a variety of family membership packages.
- Teen Monthly Rate (3 x per week): $90
- Kids Monthly Rate (2 x per week): $80
- Kids Monly Rate (1 x per week): $60
- Additional Teen: $45
- Additional Kid: $40
Third Child/Teen is free.
