So you want to try CrossFit out and get it for free !?
That’s no problem at CrossFit Liberation. We will be hosting free intro classes at these times to fit into your schedule:
Saturday: 12 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m.
Each class lasts about an hour. Our Free Intro Classes consist of:
- A brief understanding of the CrossFit Method of fitness.
- An Explaination of why your old program never got you the results you demanded.
- Movement and basic skills training
- FREE WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)
- Cool-down time and chat about our many membership options, promotions, and pricing.
All of that for FREE! Just bring yourself, in workout clothes, running shoes, and maybe a bottle of water. You can email us or call Atom to sign up for any time that works for you OR you can just show up…we’ll be here to train you at those times. Don’t hesitate…CrossFit WILL change your life, the community of great people we have here are all friends that push, cheer, and motivate eachother no matter what your current fitness level may be. It is never too late to “Fight For Your Fitness”.
