Each day our coaching staff custom-designs scalable training requiring 100% effort from all who participate. Our CrossFit classes combine gymnastics, weightlifting, calisthenics, running, rowing, kettlebell swings, rope climbing, sledgehammer swings, jumping rope, box jumps and hundreds of other various functional movements. Rarely will you see the same workout twice from our custom programming days. We don’t have an “advanced” or “beginner” class because our coaching staff has the ability to scale the daily workout up or down for the fire breathers or beginners.
These workouts/programs serve as a benchmark for members to measure their progress and achievements over time. Athletes can not only compare their results to their previous performances but can also compare their results in these specific workouts to CrossFitters all over the world.
The Elite Warrior Project
This is an elite-level class designed for coaches and hard-core members. The standards are high. Every rep is judged by competition standards. If your form, speed and power don’t cut it, you don’t belong here yet. This is the battleground of true performance. These training events are designed completely by Atom to be as much of a mental challenge as they are physical. The Warrior Program is open to all members but is recommended primary for our more experienced and dedicated. Train hard — and we’ll let you know when you’re ready! Extreme Cardio-based WODs, Heroes WODs, and Focus Training is all contucted here!
The Warrior Project is offered every Sunday at 9:30am and runs for 60-90 Minutes.
Throughout our programming schedule we’ll do all of CrossFit’s notorious benchmark “girls.” The girl workouts are part of CrossFit fame and history, and these girls never disappoint when it comes to intensity. Your progression can be measured and charted over time as these workouts will repeat on a regular basis.
These workouts have been designed by the CrossFit and military community’s elite and are dedicated to our brothers and sisters that have fallen in combat throughout the world while defending the safety of the United States. They are performed as a way to honor these brave souls and to objectively measure the athlete’s progress. Heroes WODs are conducted primarily during “The Warrior Program” on Saturdays but can also be found in the daily WOD programming periodically.
The CrossFit Liberation Foundations course is a formal education in the philosophy, principles and functional movements of the CrossFit method of fitness. We truly seek to take the time to educate you every single day that you are a member of our community, and it starts here. The Foundations course is designed to be a fast-paced, but very necessary, introduction to these movements which you will build-upon and perfect each day as you perform your CrossFit training program with the guidance of our coaching staff. After your third Foundations class, you are permitted to train the everyday WODs with everyone else on days of your choosing (workouts will be scaled to your education and fitness level).
This yoga class utilizes various recovery and relaxation tools to let the athlete recover from the hard work they put their bodies through. Yoga, stretching, joint mobility and guided meditation will be utilized to free the tightened body and the burdened mind. There is no “workout” in this rest and recovery class but many have said that it can be challenging. We simply seek to properly prepare the body for another intense week of CrossFit training.
Yoga is provided by an outside instructor for a small additional fee while guided meditation is always free with your membership.
Yoga classes are limited and check-in the day prior is requested.
Guided meditation (Coming Soon) is offered every day in the morning and evening directly after one of the scheduled CrossFit workouts, check the schedule. Atom refers to it as core training for the mind and believes it is an integral part of fitness.
“Heavy Lifters” Private Club
A private weightlifting club within CFL, these 2-hour classes are the ultimate in brute strength. Through training the major lifts in the CrossFit program, along with sandbags, monster tires, axles, yokes and other odd objects you will develop the strength and power mere mortals only wish they could possess. Olympic lifting and power lifting is the focus of this program. If you wish to take your Strength and Power to the highest level then this is the club for you. The Heavy Lifters Club is specifically designed to propel your CrossFit abilities to the next level. Not for the faint of heart, come prepared for a challenge with every single lift and movement.
Membership in the Heavy Lifters Club is for an additional rate and IS NOT included with our unlimited membership.
