This is the foundational/fundamental article of what CrossFit is all about everyone. This proven theory of fitness is what you are all beginning to experience and come to believe in yourselves. I repeatedly return to this article on a regular basis and seem to gleam additional guidance every time that I do. There is a “method to the madness”, as you hear me say often and a recommended path of progression to follow which we, at CrossFit Liberation, will endeavor to guide you through.
