1     5 @ 60% 1 RM

2     5 @ 65%

3     5 @ 75%

4     5 @ 85%

5     5 @ 90%

IN BETWEEN EACH CYCLE YOU COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING THREE ACCESORY MOVEMENTS.

10 STRICT PULL UPS

10 DIPS  ( RING OR MATADOR )

10 RING PUSH UPS

 

Open Gym:  Skill Work 

Push Up Variations (HSPU, Weighted Push Up, Band Tension, etc.)
