WOD:

PARTNER WOD:

  • 20 Burpees
  • 40 Pull Ups
  • 60 Push Ups
  • 80  Situps
  • 100 Air Squats
  • 20 Burpees
  • 40 SDHP (A:  115/75; Rx:  95/65)
  • 60 HSPU
  • 80 KTE
  • 100 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

 

Both Athletes do Burpees together; Rest of Exercises only one athlete works at a time.  Cannot move on to next movement until all reps are complete.
