 Labor Day Schedule:  The gym will operate on a limited schedule on Monday, 2 September.  We will run a WOD at 0930 and 1030.

STRENGTH:  

Deadlift (Establish a 1 RM)

Make-Up WOD:

100 Burpees or 1 Mile Time Trial

CORE: 

60 Partnered Med Ball Transfers
