3 RFT (Partner WOD):

3 Minutes:

  • Row 250 m then complete max GTO (A: 115/75; Rx: 95/65)
  • Switch partners while other partner rests 3 minutes

Repeat two more times (Each partner does 3 Rounds)

 

CORE:  

  • 50 BB Twists (45/33)
