WARRIOR:

Ruck 1 mile (75/55), then…

2 Rounds For Time:

  • 30 Ruck Step Ups (24″/20″)
  • 20 Ruck Squats
  • 10 Ruck Pull Ups
  • Ruck 800 m farmers carry (45/25)

WOD:

Make-Up:  Back Squat

Establish a 1 RM

Then…either Carioca (400m) or Tabata Row
