WOD: 

For Time

  • Run 800 m with DB or KB (A:  60/45: Rx:  45/25 or 53/35)
  • At turnaround point do 100 DB or KB Swings
  • Run back to gym and do 50 1 Arm DB or KB Snatch (25 Each Arm)

3 Minute L-Sit Cage Hang
